Hear avait un produit capable de transformer le marché des centres de contact — une plateforme d'IA analysant 100% des interactions client en temps réel. Mais leur site web ne reflétait ni l'ambition, ni la sophistication technologique de leur solution. Les interfaces B2B en IA souffrent souvent d'un paradoxe : une technologie de pointe enfermée dans un écrin froid et complexe. L'objectif était double — créer une identité visuelle capable de rivaliser avec les géants de la tech américaine pour attirer des décideurs C-Level, tout en garantissant une expérience ultra-rapide et les plus hauts standards de sécurité. Ecrin Digital a conçu et développé une nouvelle expérience web qui a transformé cette perception — un site récompensé par un Awwwards Honorable Mention, CSS Winner Site of the Day, et sélectionné par Muzli Picks.

The Challenge: Humanizing Artificial Intelligence

Contact centers process millions of conversations every day. Yet most CX leaders operate blind — drowning in dashboards that show what happened, but never why.

Hear had built a product that changed this entirely: an autonomous AI platform that analyzes 100% of customer interactions (voice, chat, tickets) and delivers actionable intelligence in real time — reducing churn, flagging compliance risks, and surfacing revenue opportunities.

The problem? B2B AI solutions too often suffer from cold, complex interfaces that fail to convey the product’s true value. Hear’s existing web presence was no exception — it felt generic, crowded, and didn’t communicate the core differentiator at a glance: autonomous intelligence, not just another analytics dashboard.

The objective was twofold:

Business: Create a visual identity and web platform capable of competing with US tech giants to attract C-Level decision-makers (CX Directors, CTOs) and convert qualified prospects.

Technical: Deliver a frictionless, ultra-fast user experience while maintaining the highest security standards through robust cloud architecture (AWS).

We stripped the interface to guide the user. Every animation, every transition was designed to explain Hear’s technology without cognitive overload. Each section delivers a single idea in under 5 seconds of reading. No jargon. No clutter.

Rather than decorative animations, every motion element serves the narrative. Scroll-triggered sequences visualize the flow of data — from raw conversation, to structured insight, to actionable intelligence. The visitor experiences the product before reading a single word.

A premium design is worthless if it’s slow. Using modern front-end technologies (Astro/React), we achieved near-instant load times — critical for B2B conversion rates. We obsessed over Core Web Vitals from day one: edge rendering, asset optimization, and lazy-loading ensure the experience feels as fast as the product it represents.

Fully aware of the data stakes in AI — and leveraging our recognized AWS expertise — the technical foundation was built to be as secure as it is scalable. Security, privacy, and trust are engineered into every layer, not bolted on as an afterthought.
